- DRAFT Statement of Work for TCCS This is a notice to inform industry that the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, NAVAIR, Patuxent River, MD is planning to schedule an Industry Day in mid-November for all interested vendors in the Test Cell Control Systems procurement. The requirement is to replace two test cell control systems within the Electrical Power Systems Evaluation Facility (EPSEF). See attached DRAFT Statement of Work. Reference Sources Sought notification, N68335-14-R-0164 posted on 16 April 2014. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS; THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. All interested parties are to notify the points of contact of their interest in attending the Industry Day. Further details such as the date, location and time will be posted in the near future as an amendment to this post.
