Description

Statement of Work Cell Saver Phoenix Veterans Administration Health Care Services 650 E. Indian School Road Phoenix, AZ 85012 Brand Name or Equal. Meet or Exceed. FOB Destination 1.0 Background The purpose of this Statement of Work is to procure one (1) cell saver CS5+, five (5) cases fast pack bowls 225 ml, five (5) cases fast pack bowls 125ml, one (1) case RBC bags 1000ml, and one (1) 10 liter waste bags. This is a machine that collects, washes, and processes the patient's blood from complex vascular surgery procedures to enable the transfusion of the patient's own blood. In accordance with Appendix A, Handbook 6500.6 Checklist blocks 6, the C&A requirements do not apply to this requirement, and Security Accreditation Package is not required. Due to the non-technical nature of this requirement, in reference to no. 6 there is no information to be protected.
