Request for Information Number: VA248-15-N-0103 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: October 21, 2014 PREFACE: This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. PROJECT: Installation of thirty four (34), ceiling-mounted, Steris Harmony LED385 Examination Lighting Systems. BACKGROUND: The Orlando VA Medical Center (Lake Nona) is conducting market research and seeking information from all interested vendors regarding the installation of 34 Steris Harmony LED385 Ceiling mount examination lights for base and approximately one option year based on schedule construction phase at Lake Nona Hospital. SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and, transportation, necessary to perform installation in accordance with Steris instructions. The suggested installer is Steris, OR EQUAL due to the critical nature of the lights being installed above the patient examination areas. Contractor shall furnish documentation from Steris or past performance for approval of installing the Steris Harmony LED385 Lights. No "gray market" items, recycled, or refurbished parts allowed. Delivery location is Orlando VAMC, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32824.
