- Draft Statement of Work (SOW) Synopsis: The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Marine Operations Center - Pacific (MOC-P) has a requirement for Dockside Repairs to the NOAA Vessel Oscar Elton Sette. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and services necessary to perform dockside repairs to the NOAA Vessel Oscar Elton Sette, except as noted in the Statement of Work. All work will be performed at the NOAA facility in Honolulu HI. The resulting contract will have a period of performance from approximately December 17, 2014 through February 15, 2015. The proposed contract line items may include: #1, #2 & #3 AC Plants, Replace Weather deck Door I, Replace Weather deck DoorII, Repair Seawater Delivery System, Weight Control, Replace Fuel Tank Fitting, Clean Galley Exhaust Vent, Clean Galley Drain Piping, Salt Water Piping Clean & Mod, Refurbish Fwd Mast, Replace ASW Pump Motor Bearings, Replace Vent Line, Watermaker Repair and Mods, Install Fume Hood in Hydro-Chem Lab, Install Hydraulic Pump, Replace Resiliant Mounts, Generator Room Bilge Preservation, Remove Unused Kickpipes, Replace Deck Drain Nipple, Install Cable, Set Pump Displacement and Install Reverse Osmosis Watermaker. The work shall be accomplished in accordance with the statement of work. These proposed line items and the attached draft statement of work are for informational purposes only and are subject to change in the final solicitation. For planning purposes, it is anticipated that the Ship will be available for a ship check between October 27th and November 2nd in Honolulu HI. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336611 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Any resulting contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis. Solicitation documents will be made available for download on or about October 28, 2014 at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties should use the FedBizOpps [Add to Watch List] and [Add Me to Interested Vendors] features which provide notification of when the solicitation becomes available for download and all additional information associated with this solicitation, thereafter. The estimated response due date is November 26, 2014; however, the actual response date will be stated within the solicitation document.
