Description

This is Sources Sought Notice Only. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for Market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service Disabled Veteran owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a) Hub-Zone and other Larger Business capable of providing the In- Patient Mobile Dialysis services. The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare system is seeking potential sources capable of providing the Hemodialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement therapy (CRRT), Continuous Cycling Peritoneal dialysis, CRRT/ SLEDD Services for the VASNHS Medical Center located at 600 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. The Contractor is to furnish all labor, material and mobile dialysis equipment necessary to provide the Inpatient Dialysis Services. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 621492 and size standard $35.5 Mil. Notice to Potential Offerors: All offerors who provide good or services to the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must complete Online Representation and Certification application at https:// www.sam.gov/portal. Additionally, all services Disabled/Veteran Owned Business or Veterans Owned Business must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center of Veterans Enterprise Vet Biz Registry located at http://vip.vet.gov. All interested concerns may submit their Company Name, Duns Number, Type of Business concerns, and Statement of Capability and qualifications of the organization to perform this requirement to the Contracting Officer.
