- MARCORLOGCOM Albany, GA Contracts Department (S1930) intends to solicit and contract a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to: L-3 Communications Cincinnati Electronics Corporation (Cage 80045) 7500 Innovation Way, Mason, OH 45040 for the repair of the following: CLIN 0001: Thermal Elbow Assembly, NSN: 1240-01-554-1735, P/N: 777767, 10 each. North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 334419 and the Small Business size standard is 750 employees. FOB DESTINATION pricing is preferred. Ship to information: SW3121 DDAG ALBANY, DDAG-T, TMO, MARCORLOGCOM BLDG 1221 BAY 5, ALBANY, GA 31704-1128. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Repair prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Quote, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors received within 30 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offers capability to repair these items without the Government providing technical data. If no additional responses are received, a contract will be placed without further notice with L-3 Communications Cincinnati Electronics Corporation. NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYTEMS AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE AND WIDE AREA WORKFLOW (WAWF) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
