- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 414th Contracting Support Brigade in Vicenza, Italy is seeking vehicle transportation services in Gabon through the use of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA will be for transportation services with and without drivers within the borders of Gabon. This solicitation is unrestricted. This BPA will be for the length of three years. The Government intends to evaluate the price lists submitted, and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532111. All responsive Offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available. See attachments for the SF 1449 Solicition and the Vendor Price List. On the attached Solicitation Document please fill in blocks 17a, 30a, b, c, and provide the quoted amount on page three to page eleven in US Dollars. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation No Later Than Monday 20 October 2014 1:00pm HRS Central European Time.
