THE PREVIOUS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS AMENDED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION: PROJECT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO MEET THE PRESCRIBED VA CONSTRUCTION BUDGET OF $6,422.935.00, WITH SUFFICIENT DEDUCTIONS TO ACHIEVE A 20% REDUCTION FROM THAT BUDGET. SHOULD BIDS RECEIVED COME IN OVER BUDGET EVEN AFTER TAKING THE BID DEDUCTS INTO ACCOUNT, IT WILL BE THE A/E'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REDESIGN THE PROJECT TO ACHIEVE THE VA CONSTRUCTION BUDGET.
