- Draft Solicitation for Aerial Supervision Module (ASM)/Lead Plane lease for USFS AG-024B-S-15-9006 A Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled for October 30, 2014, 0900hrs at the location listed below. A draft of the solicitation is posted for your review. Please email your questions prior to the meeting to fgeijsbeek@fs.fed.us and bring them to the meeting. After the presentation of pre submitted Q & A's an open forum Q & A discussion will be conducted. Questions and answers will be posted to this FBO listing as soon as possible after the meeting date. The solicitation will be released when approval and clearance is received from the Forest Service Washington Office.
