Description

This notice is to advise industry that the Government is contemplating entering into a sole source contract agreement with Philips Healthcare, a Division of PENAC. The purpose of the contract is to provide on-site and remote maintenance services for Pinnacle 810X Server equipment and software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Any company possessing the required technical and delivery capabilities should submit positive responses to the Contracting Officer. All positive response shall clearly articulate delivery and technical capabilities including, but not limited to, specialized technical training, special certifications, ability to obtain parts to service the stated devices and logistical capabilities. A determination not to compete this requirement will be based upon review of responses and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions and capabilities statements should be e-mailed to Fredrick.Wilson@va.gov no later than 08:00 a.m. central time on October 21, 2014. If the requested services are offered on FSS/NAC schedule(s), include the contract number, schedule and SI (if applicable). Respondents should also include socio-economic data The anticipated NAICS Code is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; the size standard is $19 million.
