- SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-15-R-0046; NSN 5940-01-079-1375; PR: 1000029236; ITEM: Splice, Conductor; IAW QPL -AS7928, part piece number M7928/5-4. FOB is at Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. Required delivery is 156 days ADO. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This NSN is a Navy Critical Safety tem (CSI) and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as a small business set-aside on a Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ), which is 1,560 hundred. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 390 hundred for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is October 30, 2014. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: http://www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
