- The United States Army War College(USAWC), Department of National Security and Strategy, (DNSS) Carlisle Barracks, PA has requirements for a total of ten (10) Regional Elective Course Instructors. The candidates must be recognized by a USAWC peer committee as an authority on the specific region for which an offer is submitted. The regional courses are Africa, two (2) instructors required; Europe, two (2) instructors required; East Asia, three (3) instructors required; Middle East; one (1) instructor required; and Americas, two (2) instructors required for a total of ten (10) instructors required. These requirements are being combined into one contracting effort. Multiple contracts may be awarded from a single solicitation. The Period of Performance for the contracts will be Date of Award through January 30, 2015. Performance Work Statements (PWS) are very similar but specific to the Regions for which instructors are required. There are five (5) different PWS's which will each be attached and contained within Solicitation W91QF0-15-T-0001. These requirements must be filled quickly. Response to this announcement must be received no later than COB Monday October 20, 2014. Expect the Solicitation W91QF0-15-T-0001 to be released no later than Wednesday October 22, 2014. Expect closing date on Solicitation W91QF0-15-T-0001 to be Wednesday October 29, 2014. Expect awards within week of November 3, 2014 with an immediate POP start date. This requirement is unrestricted. Telephone and telefax requests for W91QF0-15-T-0001 will not be accepted. Email requests must include any socioeconomic status registered with the Small Business Administration (SBA), contractor name, primary contact name and title, street mailing address including zip code, primary contact telephone number, and email address. Requests not including all contact information may not be honored. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of offers. Offers from contractors not registered in SAM may be rejected. Contractors may register via the internet at www.sam.gov. All correspondence for these requirements, inclusive of offers must be accomplished by email.
