- Under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 1720, the contractor agrees to provide Health Care Resources in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein, to furnish to and at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, the services and prices specified in the Section entitled Schedule of Supplies/Services of this contract. The Department of Veterans Affairs Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington is seeking Community Nursing Home facilities capable of providing Nursing Home Services in the within their catchment area. In order for Nursing Home agencies to be considered for an award, the Nursing Home agency must meet the qualifications outlined in the solicitation as well as have an inspection completed by the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center. With this large geographic area, it is expected that multiple contracts will be awarded from this solicitation.
