Description

Please review the attached SF-18 This RFQ is pursuant to the award of an Open Market one time buy for Direct Delivery CONUS for eight (8) toner cartridges order under NSN(s): 7510-01-565-8505, P/N C5222YS (1 order) 7510-01-566-2858, P/N 113R00711 (3 orders) 7510-01-587-2618, P/N C734A2CG (2 orders) 7510-01-587-2619, P/N C734A2MG (2 orders) that are manufactured in non-TAA compliant countries. -ONLY ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE RE MANUFACTURED OR COMPATIBLE ITEMS. Award evaluation will be made on an all or none, best value determination in accordance with FAR 15.404- 1(b). Delivery and price are considerations for award in accordance with the below criteria: DELIVERY: F.O.B. Destination Delivery is required within 7 days ARO (After Receipt of Order) to CONUS customers and 7 days ARO to customers in Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii PRICE: The government will evaluate quotes received based upon an all or none, best value determination. Being that this solicitation is for commercially available, off the shelf items, adequate price competition is expected in response to this solicitation. Non-certified cost and/or pricing data may be requested to make a price reasonableness determination, but is not required. The award will be conducted based on Lowest Technically Acceptable, past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination. ** Please use the attached Standard Form 18 to submit your quotes**
