Description

Post Award Posting. This requirement is for proprietary OEM on-site service plan for maintenance/repair of the Candela VP-YAG FSP Laser System, to include onsite labor and repair parts needed for a candela service engineer to perform all service and repairs, excluding consumables, and including laser head replacement (if needed) with priority installation of all software upgrades at a cost of $13K for NHCNE-Newport for FY2015. The system is already installed and is currently being used in the Dermatology Department, NHCNE. These services have been previously properly competed synopsized/solicited under NECO/FEDBIZOPS and no bids received other than from the Candela Laser Corporation, the manufacturer (proprietary OEM)of this equipment. Fy15 Renewal of Service contract for Full Service for V Beam Dematology Equipment and the VP- Yag Laser equipment for Dematology Department of Naval Health Clinic New England. This is proprietary demtology equipment with OEM Manufacturer requirement service.
