State:California City:Bakersfield Delineated Area: North: Columbus St. East: Oswell St. South: Brundage Ln. West: Union St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):9,199 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):9,659 ABOA SF Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total): Two in addition to city code Parking Spaces (Surface): Per City Code Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): Two Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 Years Additional Requirements: •Proximity to Public Transportation •Contiguous Space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
