- Interested Contractors that plan on attending the Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit as noted in the Solicitation document (10:00 am, Tuesday, October 14, 2014), are encouraged to bring their hard copy of the solicitation document and plans and specifications. Contractors are encougaged to attend the public bid opening for this project at 2:00 pm, Monday, November 3, 2014. You may handcarry your bid to our Area Office (701 Market Drive). As you walk in the front door, one of our staff will be there to greet you They will log the time on your bid document and seat you in the bid opening room. Your bid may also be mailed to Judy Perkins, Contracting Officer, by overnight express or via regular mail. NOTE: IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEIR BID IS RECEIVED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER BY THE SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME. Please direct any questions that you may have regarding this acquisition to Barry.prince2@ihs.gov, with a cc to Judy.perkins@@ihs.gov.
