Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-14-G-0004 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, CT for purchase of 18 additional Cargo Plate A-Kit Ship Sets in support of Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM). Each Ship Set includes 12 total plates; one each of part numbers 96204-02558-101 through -108 and two each of part numbers 96204-02558-109 and -110. This contract action is being awarded on a sole source basis to SAC in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. SAC is the only source with the data and resources needed to perform this effort on the MH-60 aircraft. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).
