The RRB evaluated proposals received in response to the RFP and determined that the proposals did not fully meet the RRB's requirements for VoIP Services. The RRB has decided to re-evaluate the RRB's requirements for VoIP Services in FY 15 and to re-solicit for the services at a later date.
