- Pre-solicitation Notice W912DR-15-T-0003: This solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. Under this order the Contractor will supply all equipment, materials, labor, supplies, and transportation necessary to to perform quarterly and annual Maintenance Services for fire sprinkler systems in six (6) locations at the Washington Aqueduct. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. You must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive a government contract award. You may register with the SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to karen.truxal@usace.army.mil. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 9 October 2014, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System (www.fbo.gov). To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here (http://www.nab.usace.army.mil/EBS/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf). Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation/amendment will be the Internet only. This solicitation/amendment will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
