Description

SOW T's & C's SF-18 Wages United States Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Research Service ("USDA-ARS") in Pendleton Oregon is seeking a qualified firm to provide Boiler, Chiller and HVAC Repair and Maintenance Services for our complex in Pendleton Oregon per the attached SOW. The intent of this RFQ and subsequent contract is to help control costs, develop a more comprehensive understanding of its Boiler, HVAC, Plumbing service needs, and ensure immediate response to emergency needs. This is an indefinite delivery-type contract in which the successful Boiler, HVAC, Plumbing contractor is not guaranteed any work over and above the two scheduled annual maintenances with any additional work / repairs needing to be approved prior to work and repairs being completed. The selected vendor agrees to be on-call to provide the types of services identified in the attached SOW. Estinametd annual cost is between $6,000.00 to $8,000.00. Required site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 9:00 am.
