- Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, DOC Operations Branch intends to award a noncompetitive sole source cost plus fixed-fee bridge contract to VT Griffin Services; 10745 Westside Way, Suite 300; Alpharetta, GA, 30009-7639 for installation level base operations support for the U.S. Army Garrison and assigned/attached units and activities at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
