Description
ATTACHMENT-A SSSD-0005-15 Statement of Work SSSD-0005-15 The contractor shall provide boat alterations, updates, and repairs for the USS Howard in accordance with the work items in specification number SSP:SSSD-0005-15. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The vessel will be available for ship check from Friday 10 OCT 2014 to Thursday 23 OCT 2014. Coordination shall be done with the inspection points of contact, Ed Hennessey (619) 616-6429. 1. The Government will pick up and deliver each craft listed in 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 located in 1.2. 2. The Government will provide trailer for transport on craft listed in 1.3.1 and 1.3.2. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for moving of craft from Government owned trailers to contractor facility and vice versa after the completion of availability. 4. QP-1 Certification not required for contractor Offerors will be required to have a SWRMC approved Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with NAVSEA standard item 009-04 in place prior to contract award. The QMS is required to be submitted to the Government prior to the solicitation's closing date and time to demonstrate the offeror's capability to be fully compliant with contract performance requirements and to satisfy the Government's determination of contractor responsibility. Offerors are strongly encouraged to submit the QMS as soon as possible to give the SWRMC Quality Assurance Department ample time to review and approve the QMS to ensure no delay in contractor eligibility. The Government will award a delivery order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factor is price which will be evaluated for reasonableness. The Government will evaluate price reasonableness by performing price analysis on each offeror's proposal.
