- DO NOT CONTACT POSTER. FOR ALL INFORMATION CONTACT: Scott Mahoney, RDER-PRP-G, (443) 395-6242. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for the Overhaul Kits established for the 150 kW 400 Hz Generator Sets P/O the EPP III used with the PATRIOT Missile Defense System, NSNs: 6115-01-625-2086, PN:535.01.0386 CAGE:1VD61, 6115-01-607-7450, PN:535.01.0385 CAGE:1VD61, and 6115-01-608-5870, PN:535.01.0387 CAGE:1VD61. The EPP III is the main electric power source for the PATRIOT Missile Defense System and the overhaul kits have been established for the Reset and RECAP of the 150 kW Generator Set. This acquisition is for a five-year IDIQ of up to 75 each 150 kW Generator Set Overhaul Kits, NSN:6115-01-607-7450, up to 75 each 150 kW Generator Set Engine Overhaul Kits, NSN:6115-01-608-5870, and up to 25 each EPP III Overhaul Kits, 6115-01-625-2086, PN:535.01.0386 CAGE:1VD61. The current source for these kits is Jenoptik Advanced Systems, LLC, CAGE:1VD61 (formerly Lechmotoren US). Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these kits is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate, by writing to Scott Mahoney at scott.mahoney2@us.army.mil. The response must include production lead time, production capacity by month, surge capacity, number of years part will be available, ranges for price breaks if applicable or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The response should also include documentation such as copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from the listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with these items from the supplier listed above. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
