- SOLICITATION N00164-15-T-GP98 - PROCURMENT OF CONNECTORS - FSC 5935 - NAICS 335931 Issue Date: 08 OCT 2014 - Closing Date: 06 NOV 2014 - 2:00pm EST (EDT) This solicitation is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for various connectors used in the fabrication and manufacture of OA-9070/BQQ DAWG cables for submarine installations. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC Crane, 300 Hwy 361, Crane, IN 47552-5001. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 08 October 2014 and is expected to close on or about 06 November 2014. The procurement will be negotiated on a competitive basis IAW FAR Part 13.5. It is anticipated that a 5-year Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded. Offerors that are non-compliant with any material requirement of the solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
