- Solicitation for End Item: PARTS KIT, VALVE, for P-3 Aircraft, NSN: 1660-00-869-0585, IQC 1000025802. NAICS is 336413. The NSN is a commercial item being solicited I/A/W FAR PART 12. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT. Estimated Annual Quantities for the base and four one-year option periods will be 160 each. Configuration Control item; Critical Application item. Higher Level Quality (ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent) applies. Delivery schedule is 150 Days ARO. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using Other Than Full and Open Competition; the approved sources are: Kitco, Inc., CAGE 34087, and Honeywell International, Inc., CAGE 59364. FOB Origin under the First Destination Transportation program; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Request for a written quotation: please submit offers in accordance with instructions contained in the solicitation. ELECTRONIC OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited in the RFQ.
