- Redacted Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD The Department of the Treasury, IRS, Office of Treasury Procurement Services (OS:A:P:T) intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price Contract to obtain subscription services for Core and Home Equity Web Based Query Tools with Lender Processing Services, Inc. Market research was conducted and it has been determined there is only one responsible source to obtain subscription services for the McDash Analytics web based query tools, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide McDash Analytics Core and Home Equity Database Subscription Services within 15 days of this publication via e-mail to the Contracting Officer at Seraphina.Hanan@irs.gov. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
