Description
LTC Project RA14269005 for NSN 1670-00-020-5039, Riser Assembly, Parachute. Manufacture in accordance with Dwg 64D2162 Rev "L" and applicable supports; P/N 64D2162-3. Qualified Products List (QPL) applies. The only approved sources are those listed on the QPL. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http: //RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 3058 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 765 each for the base period only. The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is 22935 each for the base and option periods combined. The required production lead-time is 249 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Requirement is an Unrestricted procurement, utilizing full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This item is an Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI). First Article Government testing is required. Textile Material Test Sample (MIL-STD-1525A) testing is required. Export Control Certification is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
