**ACQUISITION IS SUBJECT TO FAR PART 13.5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS** NSN 6120-01-479-3835 Transformer, power GE Aviation Systems (07639) p/n FV29357G2 Quantity 300 each FOB origin Inspection and acceptance at origin Delivery in 320 days Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability and respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 14 days (if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will b considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Requests for a copy f the RFQ should be made to the acquisition specialist. If as a result of the synopsis, it is found that other sources can meet the Government's need for this item, the letter request will be and a competitive proposal will be issued to all interested sources of supply. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c )(1). Approved sources are: GE Aviation Systems LLC It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement.
