Description

Price Pending Items for SPM7LX-11-D-9021 Special Notice The Government intends to issue a modification to the GDLS-Force Protection, Inc. (CAGE 1EFH8) long term contract SPM7LX-11-D-9021 to add a Price Pending Contract Line Item (CLIN) IAW Clause I16C04-Addition/Deletion of Items, to support low demand sole source NSNs. The NSNs that will be included under this Price Pending CLIN have GDLS-Force Protection (CAGE 1EFH8) as the sole approved source and are listed at the end of this notice. The listed items will be procured as "ALL or NONE" per NSN. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible potential sources may submit an offer/quote to the point of contact above for consideration. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available on these NSNs. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical date; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1).
