- ************************************************************ BE ADVISED: SPE4A715R1110 REPLACES SPE4A714R2897 IN ITS ENTIRETY. ************************************************************ A solicitation will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1680-01-445-4803, a BERTH, AIRCRAFT used on the C130 Aircraft. The award will be for a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year EAQ: 48 each; Option Year EAQ: 48 each. FOB: Origin; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin. Required delivery is 49 DAYS. Surge requirements do not apply. This requirement will be solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. DLA Aviation does not have a complete technical data package for this item. Item is deemed commercial. IAW QAP "DAA". The OEM is Oregon Aero, Inc. (CAGE 0WY76), part number 30130CB. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, contractors must be registered in the System For Award Management (sam.gov). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is 10/08/2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
