- Pre-Solicitation Synopsis: This synopsis is being posted to The Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. The Marine Corps System Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to procure the following items on a Brand Name or Equal Basis: LI 0001: FN303 -Clear Impact Projectiles, P/N 48048554, (150 per case) 67 cases. LI 0002: FN303 -Inert Powder Projectiles P/N 48048610 (150 per case) 14 cases. 1- All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. ***Question Submission: Interested offerors should submit any questions concerning the solicitation within two days after it is posted to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to the close of the solicitation are unlikely to be considered.*** To be eligible to receive the award, a ll offers must meet or exceed the stated requirements. Please pay particular attention to the requirements of FAR 52.211-6 if offering an "equal" product. Offers of "equal" products must provide adequate information to allow the Government to make a determination of their product's technical compatibility. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Proposals MUST be valid for 60 calendar days after the closing date. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the items to the destination specified in the contract, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. All offers submitted must be in accordance with the terms, conditions and provisions of the solicitation.
