Description

This Project is a Design-Build (DB) Construction Project and shall be solicited IAW FAR 36.3 Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures The selected offeror shall furnish all Labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the project described in the solicitation to follow. Proposals and subsequent performance shall be in strict accordance with the terms and conditions specified therein. This project will replace three 100 gallon day fuel tanks for the generators at the Lake Baldwin CEP. The gauge and level floats do not read properly on the current tanks. New units will include electrical monitoring controls and filters. JCI controls will be integrated to the new tanks so that they can be monitored through our current JCI system. Project Number: 675-15-600 Project Title: Replace Fuel Day Tanks Project Magnitude: $25,000 - $100,000 NAICS Code: 238220Size Standard: $15 Million A Site Visit shall be coordinated during phase II of the procedures described in FAR 36.3. There will not be a site visit conducted for phase I. This solicitation is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses under the authority of 38 USC 8127 NOTICE: THIS IS A SERVICE-DISABLED, VETERAN-OWNED, SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS ARE CAUTIONED THAT ANY BID OR PROPOSAL SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION MUST MEET THE CRITERIA IDENTIFIED BY 38 CFR, PART 74.
