- Solicitation The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) - Web Systems Team, on behalf of the U.S. House of Representatives, is interested in acquiring staff augmentation contract resources via the award of master contracts to provide web support and consultation to House Members, Committees and Leadership in the following areas: •Web Design and Drupal Theming Support •Web Production, HelpDesk and General Web Support •Web Production, QA/Testing/Usability Support •Web Production, Web Developer Support •Web Systems, Web Developer •Web Systems, Web Architect •Web Systems, Project Management Support The solicitation may be downloaded from the House website: http://www.house.gov/ - click on "Doing Business with the House" at the top of the page, select the solicitation link which will appear under "Current Solicitations." Any amendments, including any changes to due dates, will be posted as amendments to the House website. Procurements by the House are not governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or other government statutes, regulations and policies applicable to the federal executive branch, except where specifically stated in this solicitation or applicable law. The House does not participate in set-asides. Questions must be submitted by October 20, 2014. Solicitation questions must be submitted via email to kyle.griggs@mail.house.gov. Questions and answers will be published in an amendment to the solicitation. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST on November 3, 2014. Refer to the solicitation, Section L, for submission requirements and details. No verbal request for the solicitation package or questions will be honored.
