- Solicitation Number: ID04140095-3 ITSS Contract Access Number: ID04140095 1. Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is the 3rd notice for combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued This solicitation number ID04140095 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Section 8(a) Small Businesses as determined by the Small Business Administration. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210 with a small business size standard of $35.5 million. The period of performance (PoP) is anticipated to include a thirty-one (31) day transition period, which is anticipated from 1 December 2014 through 31 December 2014, with an eleven (11) month base year beginning 1 January 2015 through 30 November 2015, then four (4), twelve (12) month option years. There is no guarantee that options on the follow-on years will be exercised. To be considered for award your company shall obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNs). You may obtain this number free of charge at 1(866)705-5711. Your company must also be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) with the appropriate NAICS code for this solicitation, web site: https://www.sam.gov. Any award to be made from this solicitation will be based on the best value lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). 2. General Description of Performance Work Statement: The purpose of this solicitation for a contractor is to provide building Operation and Maintenance (O&M), Janitorial, and Ground Maintenance Services for the IRS Customer Service Center in Chamblee, GA. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor will be required to provide management, operations and maintenance and custodial related services located within the property line of the below listed buildings: Building Number: GA0010AE Building Name: IRS Annex, Chamblee, GA Height of Building: 118 feet above ground (7 Floors) Gross area: 417,147 square feet Net rentable area: 387,627 square feet 3. Proposals Due: A third Fed Biz Ops (FBO) notice will announce the proposal due date. Proposals ONLY can be submitted via GSA ASSIST Portal, known as IT-Solutions Shop (ITSS) in accordance with paragraph 5. 4. This is the 3rd and final FBO notice will be issued. The RFP will be executed in ITSS RFQ Page. At that point, ITSS will be the only contract information system that will be utilized for this contract. 5. Proposals Submission: FAILURE TO FOLLOW these instructions will NOT constitute a reason to grant an extension to the RFP period at a later date. THE DOCUMENTS IN ITSS ARE THE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS TO BE USED FOR THIS SOLICITATION.
