SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Erie VA Medical Center, 135 East 38th Street, Erie, PA 16504, is seeking to obtain information on Ambulance Services. This is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice to obtain possible sources that have the capacity and capability of providing Ambulance Services. If your company can provide Ambulance Services to the Erie VAMC, please submit the following information to Jennifer Balsiger, Contracting Officer, at Jennifer.balsiger2@va.gov, no later than October 10, 2014 at 11:00 AM EST. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for specific services required.
