- DRAFT SOLICITATION The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG) is issuing a draft solicitation for Information Technology Services for the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs G-8 Force Development Army Equipping Enterprise System (AE2S) in accordance with the attached drraft solicitation. The Government intends to release the final solicitation on or about 22 September 2014. Please note that the Government is specifically interested in feedback from industry and interested parties may submit questions in regard to the attached DRAFT solicitation.
