CREDIT RELEASE FORM PAST PERFORMANCE FORM ACH FORM SPECIFICATION SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is CT2178-14 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System code is 313240, Knit Fabric Mills. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size is 500 employees. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year base period with two (2) one-year option periods firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the following commercial item(s): Domestic Olive Cotton Fabric. *************************************************************** SOLICITATION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
