- Questions and Answers A/E IDIQ VA257-14-R-0388 CHANGE: The following page limit for submission requirements is hereby changed: Changed From: The SF330 shall have a page limit of 30 pages, and it shall have a limit of 10 projects illustrating specialized experience. Changed To: The SF330 shall have a page limit of 80 pages, and it shall have a limit of 10 projects illustrating specialized experience. NOTE: The page limit of 80 pages is inclusive of the entire submission (Cover Letter, Projects, SF330 Parts I and II and any additional information. QUESTIONS: Q1. Part I, Section H, Item 2 seems to request the same information included in the Selection Criteria, #3. Part I, Section H, Item 3 also seems to request similar information to Selection Criteria #5. Please clarify whether offerors need to address this information twice. A1. Offerors are only required to submit the information required under paragraph 5 (Submission Requirements). The intent of the Selection Criteria included in paragraph 3 is to notify Offerors of how the information provided under Submission Requirements will be evaluated. There is no requirement to submit information twice. Q2: Noting that the descending order of selection factors lists "Location" as #5, would our firm qualify if the teaming partners are within the new 200 mile distance requirement even though the prime is not? A2: The Prime Contractor must meet the location requirement. (See A3 of previous FBO Notice). NOTE: No Additional Questions will be answered by VA.
