Description

Starting on April 29, 2013 the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia entered into, on a sole source basis, a Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the Targeting Sight System (TSS) used in support of the H-1 Helicopter under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. � This is not a small business set-aside. The anticipated ceiling amount for this agreement was $40million with a five year ordering period. The following is a list of some but may not be all of the part numbers to be repaired. The government intends to contract with sole source Lockheed Martin Corp Missiles and Fire Control (04939) 5600 W Sandlake Road MP 125, Orlando, Florida, 32819-8907. The government anticipates continuing thefive year unpriced BOA with the intention of negotiating pricing as more history is acquired. The government anticipates a total of about 261 repairs over the course of five years. Contractors must be SAM registered. Representations and Certifications will be collected online.
