- This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for commercial service prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found in FAR 13.5. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, 3985 Cummings Road, San Diego, CA 92136 intends to issue solicitation N00244-15-T-0002 for High Risk Tactics/Combat Photography Training service in support of Fleet Combat Camera Pacific (FCCP). The NAICS code is 611699 “ All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, and the Small Business Standard is $11.0M. The solicitation will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Requirement description as follows: Scope of the contract includes: develop and provide a 14 day training plan that integrates tactical skills and still-and-motion documentation; conduct the developed training for 20 COMCAM personnel twice yearly as scheduled; and provide logistical support as delineated in the performance work statement. There will be two 14-day training sessions, with the first session to be held during the second quarter of the fiscal year and the second session during the last quarter. Additional information for this requirement will be listed in the solicitation. Resulting contract will have a base year and four (4) option years with base year POP of 1DEC14 “ 30NOV15. A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. It is anticipated that Solicitation will be posted via NECO/FBO on 9OCT2014 with closed date of 9NOV2014. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for postings of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management [SAM] database in order to be considered for award.
