- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for a POSTrack AV 310 V6 System with Flight Management System. The specifications for this synopsis/solicitation are below: Accuracy requirements: Position: 1.5 meters or less Velocity: 0.05 meters/second or less Roll/pitch: 0.03 degrees or less Heading: 0.1 degrees or less Signal, data, and software requirements: GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO signals 200 Hz or higher frequency inertial data 50 Hz or higher frequency position, heading, and velocity data Differential GNSS processing included Dual antenna capability 4GB memory or greater Operational requirements: Flight management planning software with integrated pilot guidance automatic camera control and triggering automatic drift correction Import image data from Google Earth for on screen flight perspective Flight plan generation based on swath width and altitude Flight planning compile with lidar, image, and push broom instrument parameters Incorporates digital elevation model data such as ASTER DEM or SRTM Exports flight plans in KML format TCP/IP and RS-232 output for logging Compatibility with Riegl lidar units Output time synchronization pulse up to 100Hz Accepts gimbal input This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are required to use the On-Line RFQ system to submit their quote. The On-line RFQ system is linked above or it may be accessed at http://prod.nais.nasa.g ov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=. The information required by FAR Subpart 12.6 is included in the on-line RFQ. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing (e-mail is preferred) no later than 10/09/2014, 4:30 PM, EST. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any). NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
