- AMENDMENT 0001 HAS BEEN ISSUED TO INCLUDE A 100% QUANTITY OPTION AND APPLICABLE CLAUSES. PLEASE RESPOND BY OCTOBER 14, 2014 PR# 0054185545, ISSUE DATE 18, AUGUST 2014, CLOSING DATE: 18, SEPTEMBER 2014 This solicitation is intended to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 95 each for stock for NSN 6680-01-444-7131, Indicator, Liquid Quantity. The approved sources of supply are Western Filter, CAGE: 13520, P/N: 430121 and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE: 97499, P/N: 901-341-532-105. The solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). In addition, configuration control applies and it's a critical application item. Contractors must be export control certified. Solicitation is issued as unrestricted. PRLI 0001, Quantity: 95 each. The following terms apply: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Delivery 160 DARO Electronic offers are not acceptable.
