- Solicitation number M67854-14-R-5513 will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) on a Total Small Business Set-Aside basis. The Solicitation will be published to the Government Point of Entry, Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), located at http://www.fbo.gov. The Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS), United States Marine Corps (USMC), requires contractor support for business, acquisition, logistics and engineering related activities to include acquisition policy and program documentation development; program analysis; acquisition logistics management support; financial management; and engineering support. The primary focus is to support tasks related to the development and upgrade of Amphibious Vehicles for the Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA) Program Office, and sustainment of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Family of Vehicles (FoV) consisting of Cougar, Buffalo and MATV vehicle platforms for the Program Manager, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (PM MRAP) Program Office. The period of performance is expected to be one (1) base year and three (3) option years. The anticipated contract type is a firm fixed price. This requirement will be negotiated on a full and open competition as a total set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR 6.203 and 19.5. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database in order to receive attachments. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the Internet at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/contractors.aspx RFP will be in Microsoft Word format. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Interested sources must download from the website listed. The attachments will be posted to FBO at the same time the solicitation is posted. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FBO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FBO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/ amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
