- North: Clinton Highway South: Northshore Drive East: Interstate Route-75 West: Campbell Station Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,150 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): A minimum of twenty (20) parking spaces to be included as part of the lease. Other parking, if applicable, to be provided per local code requirements. Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Location in the Community A. The space must be within the delineated area. B. The space should not be located within close proximity to probation and/or parole services, halfway houses, drug abuse counseling/rehab programs, and similar social service and welfare type programs, as well as private law firms representing drug offenders. Location in the Building A. If space is in a multi-tenant facility, an elevator controlled by a card reader shall be provided from the secure parking level with elevator exits to both the visitor entry on the second level and the secure processing. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
