Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042, has a requirement Utility Plant Gauge Calibration. Primary place of performance is the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be one (1) year from date of contract award, with four (4) option periods if advantageous to the government. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal constitutes the best value to the government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. This acquisition will be is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541330 with a small business size standard of $38.5 Million All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is VA244-15-Q-0007. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about the week of September 24, 2014. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov). See FAR Clause 52.204-7.
