Delivery and redelivery are US West Coast (port in CHOP). (18) Place of Contract Performance: Worldwide (19) Set-aside Status: Full and Open (20) Set-aside Status: Based on the recent market survey results, there is not a reasonable expectation that offers will be obtained from at least two responsible small business concerns. Therefore, it has been determined that this acquisition will be conducted on an unrestricted full and open basis. MSC ANTICIPATES THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT 24 October 2014 When the RFP is released, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by Military Sealift Command.
