Description

Class J&A No. 025-10 The purpose of this FBO posting is to make the Class J&A No. 025-10 publicly available pursuant to FAR 6.305(a) as a result of the execution of contract modification P00007 to the existing DHS Centers of Excellence, Basic Ordering Agreement, Task Order with the University of Maryland. The purpose of contract modification P00007 is to extend the research for a new Phase IV to continue developing, testing, and evaluating 280-character imminent threat messages, including adding a map to the message, and description of the impact of the message length on the public's response to Wireless Emergency Alerts. The Contracting Officer has complied with FAR 6.303-1(d) thereby ensuring the contract modification P00007 was taken pursuant to the authority of the Class J&A and documenting the contract file for the within scope determination.
