Description
Delineated Area Map for Fountain County Indiana (Includes the towns of Veedersburg and Covington) WANTED TO LEASE BY USDA (Veedersburg and Covington, Indiana) REQUIREMENT : The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Fountain County (including the towns of Veedersburg and Covington ), Indiana, is interested in leasing approximately 3,385 rentable square feet of office space together with 21 onsite paved parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,803 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 2,943 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. *Will consider "Build to Suit". Preference will be given to first floor space. LEASE TERM : 10 (ten) years. DELINEATED AREA : To be considered, the building location must be within an area bound on the north by SOUTH SIDE OF COUNTY ROAD 200N, east by WEST SIDE OF COUNTY RD 200E, south by NORTH SIDE OF COUNTY RD 200 S, west by EAST SIDE OF WABASH RIVER. See Attached Map. OCCUPANCY : Space to be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after lease award. THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT CONSIDER OFFERS OF SPACE LOCATED IN A 100 YEAR FLOOD PLAIN. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING : 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor 5. Amount of onsite paved parking available; parking lot must be able to accommodate pull-thru trailers and oversized vehicles 6. Building ownership information 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building 8. List of building services provided 9.
