Description

1.The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15, intends to award as Sole Source Contract with the incumbent Contractor, this award will be made to Integration & Automation Solutions, Inc. (IAS) 14955 Gulf Blvd. Madeira Beach, FL. 33708. IAS is already the incumbent supporting service due to contact award VA797M-13-C-0069 for the Checking and Labeling Stations (CLS) System awarded by the National Acquisition Center. IAS shall supply and install all hardware necessary to support the needs of the Software Vendor. IAS will also develop, supply, and install the additional hardware necessary for CMOP to utilize five (5) of the existing Labeling Stations. This is proprietary information owned by IAS; is considered an expert regarding CMOP operations to include the integration of equipment with the previous Software Vendor's software. IAS will be needed to fill the gap between the new and previous Software Vendors awarded by the VA. Other Contractors do not have the knowledge and experience necessary to complete the task of installing IAS machinery to include assisting the new CMOP Software Vendor with the integration of the Labeling Stations. 2.This Notice of Intent is to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposals will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
